We require a deposit in order to hold more than one service.

Whoever books two or more people is responsible for any balance due by their guests.

For individuals with one or more service, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to the service. The full massage or skincare service will be charged for late cancellations or failure to show up on the day of the service. For cancellations, prior to 24 hours, we will refund the full deposit.

Spa party cancellations must be 48 hours prior to service. The full service will be charged for late cancellations or failure to show on the day of service. For cancellations, prior to 48 hours, we will refund the full amount of the deposit. Individual payment arrangements can be made with the sales department.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the service.

Regarding late arrivals, we are unable to guarantee full-service time due to the following appointments, but we will do our best to accommodate our guests.
