The Art of Therapeutic Touch helps to maintain or improve present posture, structural and physiological processes, and encourages change in unwanted patterns. It allows us to sense ourselves in a manner that is different than our customary awareness. It can relieve muscle tension and/or bring balance. Therapeutic Massage (deep tissue/neuromuscular therapy)
Eases chronic pain, muscle fatigue, spasms and stiffness. Focuses on individual muscle groups and trigger points to reduce muscle sensitivity and weakness while increasing range of motion and circulation.

A classic therapy to promote relaxation, stress reduction, increases circulation and reduces muscle soreness hypertension and improves lymph drainage. Probably the most well-known massage treatment.

Done comfortably clothed on a floor mat. Thai Massage feels as wonderful as it looks. Deeply therapeutic, fluid and meditative. Thai Massage blends sen lines pressure, gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compressions, working with the client’s breath, to open and tone all systems of the body.

Organic Spa Reflexology
A treatment using pressure on the reflex points of the feet, hands, face and ears. This exclusive treatment combines the application of raw organic fruits, vegetables and other natural products directly to the skin in a relaxing and comfortable spa setting.

The power of nature. Warm therapeutic stones are strategically placed and glided through massage radiating heat to relieve tension and stress trapped inside the muscles.

Pre-Natal Massage
Pre-Natal massage focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. While providing emotional support and nurturing touches, it provides relaxation by relieving stress on joints, eases neck and back pain, helps to keep good posture and relaxes and provides flexibility to birthing muscles. Massage can aid the circulatory and lymphatic systems, which can keep blood flowing to both the mother and the baby, and reduce fatigue. It stimulates different glands in the body, which help to stabilize hormone levels, and relieves nervous tension throughout the body. The fetus can also receive warm, loving touches before he or she is born. Massage oils and creams with vitamin E included may help with possible stretching of the skin around the belly. Doctors agree that a relaxed mother will be more likely to have a happier and healthier pregnancy, and perhaps an easier delivery.

Pre-Delivery Doula
A Doula who accompanies a woman in labor mothers the mother, taking care of her emotional needs throughout childbirth. A doula also provides support and suggestions for partners that can enhance their experiences of birth. Offering valuable emotional support and guidance, helping a family make a smooth transition into new family dynamics.
